Our photography and video services are adjusted to meet the unique needs of each client and project. The cost can vary based on the type of shoot, duration, location, equipment requirements, editing complexity, and any additional services you might request. Payment is due 14 days after the event. Any alternative payment options should be agreed upon prior to the event. We accept payment via credit, debit or bank transfer. A tax invoice will be generated and delivered to you. To confirm your booking, you may be required to pay a 25% deposit.

Events can often change. Our team does their best to adapt and offer flexibility, however changes to pre-arranged schedules are subject to availability. Additional coverage hours can be requested onsite depending if we are available. If you require event timing change, like moving the day or hours of the coverage, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Urgent turnaround (delivery within 24 hours) or on-site turnaround (live editing on site, 10-20 photos) can be requested as an add-on. Please get in touch for more details.

Standard photo delivery time is 72 hours. Standard video delivery time is 10 business days.

Usually between 50-250 curated images, depending on event size. The number of photos you will receive can vary based on shooting hours, type of event, activities involved and your preferences.

The photos are delivered on a private gallery, a platform with a download link. The link can be enabled to be shareable with your team or friends if required.

We always edit the photos we capture, the photo editing it’s usually included with our photo package. Video editing price goes separated as an add on. It’s a crucial part of the creative process, and it helps enhance the quality and visual appeal of the final product.

Throughout the photo or video editing process, we aim to maintain a natural and authentic representation of the captured moments while enhancing the overall quality. If you have specific preferences for an editing style or you have any additional requests, please feel free to communicate them with us during the quote consultation or right after the shoot. We want to ensure that the final images align with your vision and expectations.

We allow up to two video revisions for free. Before we start editing the video, we send you the music sound track selected for you to approve. You’re welcome to choose your own soundtrack. After the sound track has been approved, we start editing.

If you have requested a video edit, you can expect to receive a draft video within 7-10 days, unless you specify an Urgent Turnaround add on which would enable us to deliver a draft video edit quicker, typically within 24-48 hours. Once you’ve received your draft video, you’ll have the opportunity to make changes, add notes and leave feedback.

After your requested changes have been applied (if any), we’ll send the final video. If after seeing the video with your requested corrections, you still want further changes, we can do one final second round of changes, without extra cost.

After second changes have been applied (if any) a final video is delivered and the video edit process is concluded. However, if at this point you want further changes, these can be made at an additional hourly rate. To clarify, two rounds of changes are included within the Video Edit and any further edits will be charged at an hourly rate.

Once our quote is approved, a photography/video brief form will be sent to you via link. The intention is to outline our focus, helping us understand the goals and creative direction. The briefing will summarize all the key features and characteristics that are important. It’s very useful, as every event is different, and so are the priorities for the client.

Frame Power requires our creative brief form to be filled online, we’ll send you a private link. This allows you to share your requests, details and key notes with us before the event, in order to be best prepared. This form takes 5 minutes to fill out online.

A photography brief typically includes information such as:

1. BOOK - Tell us about your event via our contact form and we’ll send you a quote. Once the quote is accepted we’ll confirm with an email response and a link to fill in the briefing.

2. SHOOT - We’ll meet you on the day, we’ll run through the brief and capture the event.

3. DELIVER - We’ll process your images/video and deliver them according to the previously agreed time frame.

START - We’ll arrive 10-15 minutes before to the coverage start time, you can expect us to wear a black dress code, unless otherwise requested. We’ll check in with the primary contact noted in the brief form. Together we’ll do a quick run through the photo & video brief form, to align expectations and ensure nothing has been missed. We’ll start to capture the event.

MIDDLE - Throughout the event feel free to check in with us, if you have any ideas on the moment. We are always open to feedback and we have a relaxed & flexible approach.

FINISH - The job ends at the agreed coverage time discussed. Any coverage beyond the agreed booking time, will incur an extra charge. Our photographer and/or videographer downloads and backs up all the raw files before the editing process begins. You can expect delivery of your photo and/or video as agreed prior to the event.

PHOTO - Delivered in .jpeg format - 4000 pixels on the long edge, 300 dpi quality. File size from 3-5 MB approx. This format is small enough to share easily online, yet large enough to print in medium scale.

VIDEO - Final video delivered in .mp4 format. Shoot at 25 or 50fps (slow motion), 1080HD or 4K, 10bit graded color profile. If raw files where requested previously, we’ll deliver them in .mp4 format with a flat color profile (ready to use). By special request we can deliver files in .log format (raw color not ready to use). The .mp4 format is small enough to share easily online, yet large enough to retain high definition quality.
